Roseanne Features No-Apologies, Trump-Loving Character on New Show — Libs are Freaking Out!

Regular everyday Americans are coming back to primetime television and the powerful liberal elite can’t do a darn thing about it! The Roseanne Show is poised to make a massive comeback and – get this – the titular character of “Roseanne” is going to be an unapologetic Trump supporter.

“It was working-class people who elected Trump, so I felt like that was very real and something that needed to be discussed and especially about polarization in the family and people actually hating other people for the way they voted, which I feel is not American,” show creator Roseanne Barr said in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter.

“In The Roseanne Show, I’ve always tried to have it be a true reflection of the society we live in. I feel like half the people voted for Trump and half didn’t, so it’s just realistic,” the outspoken comedienne said.

Ms. Barr is an often and vocal supporter of President Trump on social media. The character based on her real life experiences doesn’t seem to stray too far from the source material as both women use their wit and sharp tongue to excellent comedic effect.

Roseanne didn’t address a recent wild, pro-Trump Twitter run in the interview, but told the panel that her family has done a “social media intervention” of sorts. She said she will temporarily be refraining from using Twitter for the sake of the show.

When asked about a possible Oprah Winfrey run in 2020, Roseanne had a spicy retort. “I do love Oprah. Of course, I love Oprah like everybody else. But you know what? I think it was time for us as a country to shake things up and, you know, try something different,” Roseanne said.

“Actually, I think I’d be a better president than Oprah and Susan Sarandon, probably even President Trump. And I did run in 2012,” she said.

It’s about time the country had a real-life, honest-to-God character like Roseanne back on television. Not everything has to be so politically-correct and buttoned up all the time. Americans respect someone for telling it like it is and using plain language. Just because we don’t always agree, that’s okay…  heck, that’s part of the fun!

What do you think about Roseanne being back on the air?
