Mark Levin Just Doused Jeff Sessions in Lighter Fluid and Lit Him Up

Conservative talk show host and former Reagan staffer Mark Levin is fighting mad over the recent raid of attorney Michael Cohen’s office! But the blame, Levin says, doesn’t rest with the FBI or even Robert Mueller — it’s with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Ever since he recused himself from oversight of the Russia probe, conservative voices in the media have called for his resignation. Even President Trump has said that had he known Sessions would recuse himself, he would have never appointed him.

Well, with the heat turned up and the water boiling over, Mark Levin is demanding Mr. Sessions step down.

Check it out per Breitbart:

Levin said, “I want to make a point here… and it will destroy a 30-year friendship. It’ll destroy it. But I really do think it’s time for the attorney general to step aside. It’s time for the attorney general to step aside.”

He added, “The buck stops on the attorney general’s desk, even if he recused himself, as he did, on the Russia matter, this is not the Russia matter. And the entire department’s out of control now.”

Here’s more from The Daily Caller:

“I say it with the gravest regret, I really do, because I know what it means personally but I can’t, I can’t ignore what I’m seeing and what’s going on here,” Levin told his audience.

Levin has known and been friends with Sessions since they both worked in the Justice Department under President Ronald Reagan.

“This is not the Russian matter. And the entire Department is out of control now. And its country first, over any politician, even if I’ve known that politician for a long, long time.”

“I watch the president of the United States here now. He doesn’t deserve any of this. He didn’t do anything. He didn’t do anything. What do you think it is, Chappaquiddick?” Levin asked. “And so it’s time for the Attorney General to step aside and for the president of the United States, he can make a recess appointment, not to put in a body or anything like that. He can put Dershowitz in there for all I care. He needs to put somebody in there who’s going to take a little bit more charge over what’s going on in this country.”

Do you think we need a new attorney general?

Who would you pick to replace Jeff Sessions?
