Professor Who Wished for White Genocide Just Woke to Career Ending News — He’s Done!

It’s sad, but the most unhinged liberals in this country have teaching positions at our colleges and universities helping to shape the minds of young men and women about to enter the world as adults. Unfortunately, many of these nutjob liberal professors haven’t quite made the jump themselves.

You may not remember George Ciccariello-Maher, but he’s the professor from Drexel University who, on Christmas Eve of last year, tweeted out, “All I want for Christmas is White genocide.” Ciccariello-Maher is white, so we’re not sure if he planned on giving himself some sort of exemption, but he didn’t spend the rest of his 140 Twitter characters elaborating, so we can’t be sure.

He later claimed the Tweet was satire, but it was only a few short months before he was back on Twitter again spewing out more vitriol, this time in response to an airlines passenger giving up his seat to a soldier in uniform. Here’s what Ciccariello-Maher wrote:

“Some guy gave up his first class seat for a uniformed soldier. Some people are thanking him. I’m trying not to vomit or yell about Mosul.”

The coup de grace, however, when he once again took to Twitter with some hot opinions about the Las Vegas shooting.

From Conservative Daily:

In addition, Ciccariello said the Las Vegas mass shooting happened because of “Trumpism” and “white victimization.” When reached for comment, Drexel distanced itself from Ciccariello.

“The recent social media comments by George Ciccariello-Maher, associate professor of politics and global studies at Drexel University, are his own opinion and do not represent the university’s views,” the university told Fox News. “Drexel is deeply saddened by the tragic shooting in Las Vegas. The thoughts and prayers of the Drexel community are with the families of those affected by this senseless act of violence.”

Well, on Thursday he took to Twitter one last time and Tweeted, “After December 31st, 2017, I will no longer work at Drexel University.” Attached to Tweet is a much longer statement, which you can read by clicking on the link below, but **SPOILER ALERT** he blames harrassment from “right-wing white supremacist media outlets.”

He goes on to say (courtesy again of Conservative Daily:

“Staying at Drexel in the eye of this storm has become detrimental to my own writing, speaking and organizing,” he added.

“We are at war, and academia is a crucial front in that war,” he continued. “This is why the right is targeting campuses with thinly veiled provocations disguised as free speech.”
