Levin Just Lit Up Jeff Sessions Like a Pinball Machine

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s fascist order prompting an FBI raid on President Trump’s personal lawyer has drawn the ire of tv and radio conservative host and has ended a decades-long relationship.

On April 9, Levin lamented that following the raid, it was now time for him to call for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to step down, reports Breitbart.

Levin took issue with Sessions recusing himself from any DOJ Russian investigations, a move that gave birth to Special Counsel Mueller when Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed the former. Since then, the Mueller team has been on a zealous and partisan witch hunt to take down a duly elected President.

Levin began the segment by saying, “I want to make a point here…and it will destroy a 30-year friendship. It’ll destroy it. … But I really do think it’s time for the attorney general to step aside. It’s time for the attorney general to step aside.”

“[T]he buck stops on the attorney general’s desk,” explained Levin, “even if he recused himself, as he did, on the Russia matter, this is not the Russia matter. And the entire department’s out of control now.”

Levin is exactly right. Rosenstein gave Mueller a blank check to topple Trump any way he could. The impetus for the investigation was the now discredited ‘Russian Dossier’, then it was ‘nothing burger’ claim that Trump officials supposedly colluded with Russians and now it is the contract-violating assertions of a porn star that Mueller has latched on to.

Levin pointed out that Mueller has a history of dragging out investigations and pinning crimes on the wrong people. For five years, Levin noted, Mueller pursued the wrong man in relation to the Washington, D.C. anthrax attack in 2001.

Mueller also allowed four men to remain in prison for years just to protect Boston crime boss “Whitey” Bulger from being exposed as an FBI informant.

Levin wrapped up his monologue by saying, “I watch the president of the United States here now. He doesn’t deserve any of this. He didn’t do anything. He didn’t do anything. What do you think it is, Chappaquiddick? And so it’s time for the Attorney General to step aside and for the president of the United States, he can make a recess appointment, not to put in a body or anything like that. He can put Dershowitz in there for all I care. He needs to put somebody in there who’s going to take a little bit more charge over what’s going on in this country.”
